We’re Michelle and Jocelyn, and our work meets at the intersection of clarity, creation, and contribution.

Michelle

I’ve spent the last decade helping thousands of women bring their voice, their work, and their leadership into the world with clarity and integrity.

Before that, I spent years in live television, generating $222M+ in on-air sales and learning the mechanics of trust, presence, and communication. When I stepped into coaching in 2018, I built a multi-seven-figure transformation business rooted in those same principles — grounded service, honest expression, and nervous-system-safe visibility.

My podcast, Fire and Soul, has stayed in the top 1% in Self-Growth, and my programs have supported creators in refining their message, building aligned offerings, and showing up publicly without performing.

My work now is about helping women create from truth — work that’s clear, coherent, and ready to be received.

Jocelyn

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in transformational education, helping mission-driven creators turn their ideas into offerings that make a real impact.

I spent years working alongside Jack Canfield and Patty Aubery, co-creating programs that reached thousands worldwide. I learned how meaningful work becomes scalable — through clarity, structure, and grounded strategy, not force or hustle.

Today, I serve as the Chief Visionary Officer at the Fundamental Wellbeing Foundation, expanding Dr. Jeffrey A. Martin’s pioneering research on persistent peace. My work blends somatic clarity, program architecture, and conscious creation.

Do I need to already have an offer?

No. You simply need to have begun — an idea, a direction, a body of work you want to develop, or something you’ve already created that needs refinement. We help you clarify, shape, and strengthen what you’re building.

What if I’m not clear on my message yet?

That’s part of the work we do together. Clarity comes from reflection, structure, and guidance — not from thinking harder. You’ll refine your message throughout the six months with consistent feedback and support.

How much personal support will I receive?

A lot. This is a high-touch container capped at 12 women so we can give you steady, individualized guidance. You’ll receive direct coaching, feedback, and support from both of us throughout the experience.

What if I’ve invested before and didn’t follow through?

That’s more common than you think — and usually not your fault. Overwhelm, lack of structure, too much information, or nervous system override often stop people before they ever start. This mastermind is intentionally paced, grounded, and held. You won’t be left alone with “good ideas” and no support to implement them.

What if I freeze when it’s time to create?

We help you move through that without force. You’ll learn to recognize what’s truth, what’s pressure, and what’s habit — and you’ll have somatic tools, structured guidance, and real support to keep your creative energy steady.

Do I need an audience or existing business?
